Before I get into what this site is going to do for you, I want to tell you why it exists in the first place, because I think it matters. It’s the whole reason I’m trustworthy enough to send you deals in the first place.

Where This Actually Started

A few years back, money was tight. Really tight.

It was getting close to Christmas, and I had a couple of kids who wanted toys, and I had a budget that did not care what my kids wanted. That’s a rough spot to be in as a parent. You want to give your kids a good Christmas, and the math just isn’t mathing.

So I did what a lot of people do — I started digging.

I opened tab after tab after tab. Amazon, Walmart, Target, wherever. I started comparing prices, tracking things, figuring out when stuff actually goes on sale versus when it’s a “sale” that isn’t really a sale at all.

And somewhere in that process I realized something:

I was actually good at this.

Like, weirdly good at it.

I could find the deal that was hiding behind three other fake deals. I could tell you which “70% off” was real and which one was just a retailer marking something up in November so they could mark it back down in December and call it a discount.

I got my kids their toys that year. Good ones. And I didn’t have to blow up my budget to do it.

Once I had that skill, I couldn’t really turn it off.

I kept doing it — for my family, for friends who would ask, “Hey, do you know if this is actually a good price?” — for anybody who wanted help finding a better deal.

Eventually enough people told me, “You should just do this for a living,” that I figured, alright, let’s build something real out of it.

That’s Deal Drop HQ.

What This Site Is

Simple version: I scour the internet — the big retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and others — so you don’t have to.

I’m looking for actual price drops, real discounts, and deals that are worth your time and your money.

Not filler.
Not fake discounts.
Not “deals” that are just automated listings with a red banner slapped on them.

If it’s posted here, it’s because I looked at it and thought it was worth your time.

That’s the standard:

Not “technically a discount,” but “I’d tell my own family about this one.”

That’s where the tagline comes from:

Real Deals. Real Savings.

I don’t want that to just be words at the top of the page. I want it to be true every single time you click through from here to a retailer.

Why You Should Trust Me

I get it — there are thousands of deal sites out there, and many of them are just posting every “sale” they can find to fill pages.

That’s not what I’m interested in doing.

I’ve been the person standing in the aisle doing mental math on whether something is actually worth buying. I’ve also been the person sitting at home trying to figure out if an online “deal” is actually a deal or just clever marketing.

I know what it feels like from both sides, and that’s part of why I started this.

Here’s what you can expect from Deal Drop HQ:

• I don’t post something just because a retailer wants it posted. If it’s not a real discount, it’s not going up.
• I’ll tell you when something is a great deal versus just an okay deal. Not everything gets the same level of hype.
• I focus on things real households actually care about. Kids’ items, holiday shopping, everyday essentials, electronics, and products that help people stretch their budget.
• If I get something wrong, I’ll fix it. I’m not trying to pretend I’m perfect. I’m trying to build something useful and trustworthy.

What’s Coming

This is just the beginning.

I’ll be posting deals as I find them, creating deal roundups during major shopping events like Black Friday, back-to-school season, holidays, and other times when saving money matters most.

The goal is simple:

Make Deal Drop HQ one of the first places you check before you buy something.
